Lead Dotnet Developer

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for working within an agile team to efficiently deliver software for a highly available application. You will collaborate with multiple developers of varying seniority levels, ensuring a cohesive team effort. Your role will involve collaborating with team members on technical approaches and problem-solving, demonstrating the ability to write clean and efficient code. Your responsibilities will include developing tasks based on functional designs and user stories, estimating user stories and tasks accurately, and building solutions in accordance with written specifications. Additionally, you will refactor existing code to align with current standards and patterns, while also documenting development patterns specific to the application comprehensively. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in .NET, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in TypeScript and the React framework. Proficiency in at least one RDBMS, preferably SQL Server, and familiarity with REST API(s), Windows Server, IIS, and version control are required. An understanding of software patterns and practices, along with the ability to develop unit tests with complete code coverage, is essential. You should possess the skills to design, build, and maintain efficient and reusable code, with a track record of delivering end-to-end software artifacts within a sizable code base. Excellent troubleshooting and debugging abilities are crucial for this role. Bonus qualifications include experience with MVC and other design patterns, familiarity with Tailwind, Web Components, and React testing, including automated testing using tools like Jest or Mocha.,
