Job Description

Job Summary:

The Lead Digitalization is responsible for driving the digital transformation of the ARIPL by leveraging technology to optimize operations, enhance project delivery, and create competitive advantages. The incumbent will lead the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies including BIM, AI, IoT, digital twin, cloud platforms, and data analytics across the enterprise. This role requires a strategic visionary with a strong understanding of infrastructure project life cycles and modern digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Transformation

  • Develop and execute the ARIPLs digital vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead digital maturity assessments and define target digital capabilities across business units.
  • Identify and implement digital business models to improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability.

2. Technology Leadership

  • Oversee the evaluation and implementation of digital tools such as:
    • BIM (Building Information Modeling)
    • Digital Twins
    • IoT (Internet of Things) for asset monitoring
    • AI/ML for predictive analytics and automation
    • ERP, SCM, and CRM modernization
  • Ensure cybersecurity and data privacy protocols are integrated into all platforms.

3. Process Optimization

  • Lead initiatives to digitize core business processes: engineering design, procurement, construction management, and asset handover.
  • Promote adoption of project management tools and platforms (e.g., Primavera, Oracle Aconex, Procore, SAP).
  • Use data-driven insights to improve productivity, safety, and risk mitigation.

4. Change Management & Culture

  • Drive a digital-first culture throughout the organization.
  • Develop internal capabilities through training, upskilling, and recruitment.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on digital goals.

5. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with CXOs and senior leadership to align digital strategies with business priorities.
  • Work with clients and partners to co-create digitally enabled infrastructure solutions.
  • Present digital progress and ROI to board members and investors.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking with deep digital and technology knowledge.
  • Strong understanding of EPC/infrastructure project lifecycles and operations.
  • Expertise in enterprise IT systems, cloud computing, and data platforms.
  • Leadership in agile transformation, innovation, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • MBA or master’s in digital Transformation, Technology Management, or equivalent (preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in digital leadership roles, with at least 10 years in EPC/Infrastructure sectors.

Preferred Certifications:

  • PMP / PRINCE2 (Project Management)
  • TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture)
  • Certified BIM Manager
  • Agile / Scrum / SAFe Certification
