Engineer - Project Coordination

Job Description

AutoRole & responsibilities 1. Coordination and Collaboration: -Have detailed understanding of the Project, Briefing and being an effective communicator to Architects, MEP, Structural teams on the Project requirements, and working as Bridge between external agencies and internal functions. -Organize regular project meetings with team to discuss on progress, challenges, bottle necks of the project. -Be a single point of contact for project related inquiries. -Periodic site visits and ensuring smooth progress of the projects. 2. Review and Documentation: -Have a critical eye for detail in vetting external agencies designs, reports as per Project Requirements, Codal Provisions (NBC), Statuary Requirements, Buildability, Quality , Costing. -Make sure that the Designs of all stake holders/CFT's are on same platform. -Be Responsible for the deliverables of external agencies and certifying the works, payments of external agencies related to Design. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation of tender documents, including drawings and drawing register of all schemes (Civil, MEP etc), Project schedules, Meeting minutes, Status reports, Construction progress photographs, payments tracker and communication record of the project. 3. Site visits: - Do periodic site visits as required for the Business projects, coordination with execution team on daily basis, checking and giving clearance to construction activities. suggest optimized solutions/alternatives for Engineering problems 4. Best Industry Practices: - Integrating BIM in project coordination - Following latest industry trends, materials & technologies, and introduce innovative design solutions to improve project outcomes. Preferred candidate profile Having hands on Experience in 1. AutoCad 2. Ms Excel 3. Sketchup
