Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to manage the overall execution of a high-rise residential project in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will drive the projects planning, coordination, and execution from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery while working closely with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary site engineering team by setting targets, assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Collaborate with planning and estimation teams to prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans using MS Project; continuously monitor and control deviations.
• Generate and present Project Review Meeting (PRM) reports to the Technical Director and MD, highlighting key developments, bottlenecks, and corrective measures.
• Coordinate across departments including Sales, MEP, QA/QC, Planning, Purchase, Design, Consultants, and Vendors for timely delivery of drawings, material approvals, site visits, and RFI resolutions.
• Align with liaison teams to secure project NOCs, IOD, CC, and OC, and ensure strict adherence to municipal and government regulations.
• Implement material procurement planning in sync with purchase and vendor teams, ensuring lead time alignment and inventory management at site.
• Conduct regular site coordination meetings with all stakeholders to streamline workflow, manage progress, and optimize use of materials, manpower, and machinery.
• Approve material and service PRs, validate and certify vendor bills, and oversee site-based reconciliation.
• Drive continuous improvement by embedding Kaizen and 5S practices throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Liaise with the accounts department for timely tax compliance, fund allocation, and vendor payment processing as per contractual terms.

Preferred Project Experience:

• Prior involvement in premium high-rise residential projects (e.g., 2B + 2P + Stilt + 31 floors).
• Working knowledge of Mivan and conventional shuttering techniques.
• Exposure to large-format projects with clubhouses, landscaped podiums, and amenities over 2 million sq. ft.
