Your key responsibilities - Create and execute plans that apply change management principles to manage the human aspects of Mercury changes, including but not limited to New Mercury Solutions, Functional Releases, and Technical System Upgrades.
- Work closely with the Mercury functional and technical teams to identify and assess changes that may impact Mercury users and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure their buy-in and support.
- Collaborate with Communications and Learning Specialists to incorporate their approaches into the overall change management plan.
- Track the progress of change initiatives, measure their effectiveness, and make adjustments as needed.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the progress of change initiatives and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and address potential resistance to change, develop strategies to overcome obstacles, and ensure smooth transitions. Escalate issues to MST User adoption leadership as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers throughout the change process.
- Monitor the change management scope of work and initiatives to ensure activities are occurring as planned, including scope, budget, and schedule.
- Work with MST leadership to drive progress on key process improvement and change management initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with organizational and business strategic objectives.

- The ability to assess the impact of change, identify potential risks, and develop effective solutions.
- Knowledge of various change management frameworks and best practices.
- A relevant background in understanding organizational behaviour and human dynamics.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and collaborate with others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including facilitation, strong listening, and interpretation skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, with experience in developing executive-level presentations.
