Job Title/ Designation LEAD - DIGITAL MARKETING Department Reports To Work Location No. of Vacancies Sales & Marketing Head - Marketing Corporate Office, Hyderabad 1 Essential Qualification Desirable Qualification Age Languages Known Work Experience Graduation in Agriculture MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing Preferably below 45 years English, Hindi 10 to 15 years in the relevant field - Looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital and social media efforts. The ideal candidate should have a passion for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through innovative digital marketing strategies and content creation. Role Summary - This role will be crucial in expanding Fertis online presence and reaching customers, including farmers, agribusinesses, and agricultural influencers, through digital channels. 1. Digital Strategy Development & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals. Role & Responsibilities Create digital campaigns across multiple channels (social media, SEO, SEM, email, content marketing) to increase brand visibility and reach last-mile customers in the agricultural sector. ¢ Research and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies to refine and adapt digital marketing strategies. 2. Social Media Management: ¢ ¢ ¢ Build and maintain a strong social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels. Create and manage engaging content (visuals, videos, blogs, case studies, and more) tailored to different audiences, especially farmers and agricultural stakeholders. Monitor, respond, and engage with followers to foster a community around our brand and increase customer loyalty. 3. Content Marketing: ¢ Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Product Development, Customer Service) to create compelling and educational content that showcases the benefits of our products and solutions. ¢ Create SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and other digital assets that support customer engagement and lead generation efforts. 4. E-mail Marketing & Lead Generation: ¢ Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to target prospective clients, nurture leads, and keep existing customers informed of new products, services, and innovations. ¢ Develop and implement lead-generation strategies and use marketing automation tools to convert leads into customers. 5. Paid Digital Campaigns: ¢ Plan, execute, and optimize paid search and social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and sales. ¢ Monitor and report on key metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI) to ensure efficient use of budgets and continuous improvement. 6. Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of all digital marketing ¢ activities and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Page 2 of 3


¢ Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, and other platforms to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and ROI. 7. Cross functional Collaboration: ¢ Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and leadership teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and to create a cohesive, data-driven marketing strategy that enhances the companys market position within the industry. ¢ Support Sales teams by providing digital marketing collateral and tools to enhance customer interactions. 8. Budgeting & ROI: ¢ Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spend on campaigns and technology tools. ¢ Set KPIs and track performance against goals, using analytics to guide decisions and optimize campaigns. 1.
