Lead Designer

In this role, you will lead the installation sketches/animation activities within SSE's complex projects and operations. Your responsibilities will include creating equipment modeling, conception plans, and sketches/animation in alignment with drawing standards, design specifications, industry norms, schedules, and man-hour requirements while maintaining a constant focus on quality standards and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate designers" activities to ensure the timely delivery of equipment modeling, conception plans, and sketches/animation within allocated project man-hours and schedules. - Ensure that all design deliverables meet contract requirements, project QHSE plan, TechnipFMC processes, and drawing standards. - Supervise designers, prioritize, adjust, and guide their design work effectively. - Support operations and inspection activities related to the designs. - Identify and address risks associated with design activities. - Ensure technical consolidation across the design processes.
