Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conceptualize and design graphics, GUI, packaging, and marketing collateral aligned with brand strategy and aesthetics.
Provide creative solutions to enhance user experience and support in achieving program goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launch readiness.
Review and ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and usability standards.
Guide teams in developing internal and external communication materials for consistency.
Maintain and evolve corporate brand guidelines and design philosophy.
Design posters and themes for campaigns, promotions, and internal initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
Good exposure in brand management/marketing; product line preferred.
Proficient in CorelDRAW, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and CMS tools.
Strong coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
Good illustration skills; ability to drive cohesive brand communication.
Language proficiency: English and Hindi (written and spoken)
