Lead Data Scientist

As a Data Scientist in this role, you will be responsible for: - Identifying relevant data sources and combining them effectively to make them useful. - Building automation processes for data collection. - Pre-processing both structured and unstructured data. - Managing large amounts of information to create inputs for analytical models. - Developing predictive models and machine-learning algorithms, including innovation in Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms. - Constructing Network graphs, NLP techniques, and Forecasting Models. - Establishing data pipelines for end-to-end solutions. - Proposing solutions and strategies for business challenges. - Collaborating with product development teams and communicating effectively with Senior Leadership. - Participating in problem-solving sessions. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in a highly quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, Operations Research, or equivalent experience. - Extensive background in machine learning and algorithms with expertise in Gen AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP), as well as a strong understanding of various learning methods. - Advanced knowledge of NLP methods, including text generation, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and language modeling. - Strong math skills, including proficiency in statistics, linear algebra, and probability, with the ability to apply these concepts in Gen AI and NLP solutions. - Proven problem-solving skills using NLP and Gen AI tools for real-world business challenges. - Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information, especially related to Gen AI and NLP, to non-technical stakeholders. - Proficiency in at least one data science/analytics programming language (e.g., Python, R, Julia) with expertise in NLP and Gen AI libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, or OpenAI.,
