Lead Data Scientist

As a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP), your role will involve leading projects from conception to deployment. You will be a key member of advance analytics, working on creating and assisting in the development of insights products for corporate clients and in-house product. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced ML models and algorithms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions. - Mentor and guide junior data scientists in best practices and methodologies. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLM, and NLP technologies. - Create ML models and advance algorithms to identify and flag risky transactions & card members. - Work on new innovative Generative AI based solutions to enhance user experience of digital products and increase team productivity. - Gain expertise on data understanding and tables to maximize their usage in insight products. - Deploy models in enterprise tools and monitor their performance over time. - Work with product, UX, and tech teams to deliver products in an agile framework. - Conceptualize, develop, and prototype new insights products/product/feature enhancements for travel optimization. Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in data science or a related field. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R Programming, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLM, Prompt Engineering - Azure, AWS - SQL, MongoDB. - Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks. - Experience with NLP techniques and tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
