Role Overview As a Lead Data Scientist, youll optimize algorithms, lead a team, and develop cutting-edge solutions to improve our platforms performance. Collaborate across teams and stay at the forefront of AdTech advancements to drive measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Optimize and develop algorithms to enhance our DMP for OOH advertising. Lead a team of data scientists, ensuring project success and mentorship. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address challenges. Present data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations. Requirements Masters/PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years in data science with a focus on algorithm development. Expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and Python/Java. Proven leadership and excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills; AdTech/OOH experience is a plus.
