Lead Data Scientist

As a Lead Data Scientist at the company, you will be utilizing your expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to lead projects from conception to deployment. You will play a crucial role in the advanced analytics team, contributing to the creation and development of insights products for corporate clients and in-house products. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced ML models and algorithms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions. - Mentor and guide junior data scientists in best practices and methodologies. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLM, and NLP technologies. - Create ML models and advanced algorithms to identify and flag risky transactions & card members. - Work on innovative Generative AI-based solutions to enhance user experience of digital products and increase team productivity. - Gain expertise on data understanding and tables to maximize their usage in insight products. - Deploy models in enterprise tools and monitor their performance over time. - Work with product, UX, and tech teams to deliver products in an agile framework. - Conceptualize, develop, and prototype new insights products/product/feature enhancements for travel optimization. Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in data science or a related field. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R Programming, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLM, Prompt Engineering - Azure, AWS - SQL, MongoDB. - Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks. - Experience with NLP techniques and tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,
