Assist with building a functional Analytics Center of Excellence practice in both custom and purchased platform environments.

The DCI Marketing Team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated professional to work in an individual contributor (IC) lead role for the Business Intelligence and Analytics team. This role is both hands-on and serves to meet timelines and quality requirements. The candidate will assist with building a functional Analytics Center of Excellence practice in both custom and purchased platform environments.
Key Responsibilities / Functions: Translate functional and non-functional requirements into effective designs and development specifications. Responsible for transforming Data into - > Information -> Knowledge - > Business Decisions Delivers extensive data warehouse, data mart and dimensional models for Analytics Center of Excellence. Responsible for streamlining dataflow pipelines across various programs and products. Responsible for identifying trends and patterns in data leading to increased effectiveness of digital programs. Responsible for Data related documentation and visual communications. Provide guidance to other delivery and operations team members. Architect, design, develop, and support Snowflake services and warehouse. Required Qualifications: (Education, Technical Skills/Knowledge) 8 10 + years of experience in data architecture and management. Experience with Snowflake DB (Strong programming knowledge using Snowflake, SnowSight and Snowpipes) is a requirement. Experience with data modeling tools and techniques is essential, Data warehouse, OLAP/Cube, Tabular Model/Cube design experience using Kimball Method best practices. Experience in the use of machine learning methods, for example, linear regression, correlation, statistical modeling.

Experience with MS SQL Server, Cosmos DB
Experience in writing complex, highly optimized SQL queries across large data sets. Experience in managing the Data pipelines. Azure MSBI Architect/Develop Experience (Azure SQL DB, ADLS, Azure DW, ADF) Google Analytics and Social Media Analytics experience desired. Prescriptive/predictive analytics experience desired. Experience implementing Database Management Systems for custom developed and purchased business applications.
