Lead Data Engineer

Role Overview: Chubb India is on a digital transformation journey driven by a commitment to engineering excellence and analytics. As a Data Engineer reporting to the VP COG ECM enterprise Forms Portfolio Delivery Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing and supporting the implementation of a new Document solution for identified applications within the CCM landscape in APAC. This role is crucial in transitioning from the existing corporate document generation tool to a new Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform, Quadient Inspire. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using PowerCenter (PC) and IICS. - Implement data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency. - Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting. - Manage and maintain relational databases, ensuring data integrity and performance. - Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure high-quality data delivery. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions. - Monitor and optimize ETL processes and database performance to ensure efficient data processing. - Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data pipelines, and database structures. - Generate reports and dashboards to support business decision-making. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in Informatica, SQL, or cloud technologies are a plus.
