Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Architect with expertise in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. The role involves defining data requirements, designing scalable data architectures, and ensuring robust integration across applications. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will advise stakeholders, influence key architectural decisions, and mentor junior team members while shaping enterprise-level data strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define data requirements and model application data structures.
• Design data architecture, storage, and integration solutions aligned with business needs.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for data architecture, providing advisory support across teams.
• Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Provide scalable, compliant, and high-performance data solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior professionals in best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key architectural decisions.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in data architecture, with significant expertise in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices.
• Experience with cloud data storage and integration tools.
• Familiarity with data governance, compliance standards, and security protocols.
• Ability to design and implement end-to-end data pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree (15 years of full-time education required).

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to emerging big data and AI/ML technologies.
• Experience in enterprise-level data governance frameworks.
• Previous consulting or client-facing advisory experience.
