Job Summary:

The Lead Data Analyst Power BI will spearhead data initiatives, manage a team of analysts, and deliver impactful dashboards and insights. The role requires deep expertise in Power BI, hands-on experience with Python, and proven leadership in handling projects and stakeholders. The position is part of the Transformation function, focusing on delivering actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards using Power Query, DAX, M Query, Visualizations, and Data Modeling
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights
Manage end-to-end project delivery, from data collection and cleansing to analysis and reporting
Handle stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business goals
Apply Python for advanced data analysis, automation, and preprocessing tasks
Support transformation initiatives by leveraging BI tools and statistical methods
Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization

Must Have Skills

Power BI development (Power Query, DAX, M Query, Data Modeling, Visualizations)
Python for data processing and analysis
SQL and ETL concepts
Team handling and project management
Stakeholder management and business engagement
MS Excel
Looker or other BI tools(Looker, Tableau, etc)
2+ years in a lead or team management role
