Lead Data Analyst

• Own analytics roadmap: define KPIs/OKRs with business leaders.

• Lead discovery modeling dashboard delivery for exec and operational use cases.

• Build/standardize datasets; institute data quality SLAs and governance.

• Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio

• Translate insights into actions with experimentation, forecasting, and cohorting.

• Run Agile rituals; coach analysts; conduct code and viz reviews.

• Communicate clearly with non technical stakeholders; present to leadership.

• 6 10 years in data analytics/BI, including 2+ years leading projects/people.

• Advanced SQL and data modeling (star/snowflake); Python for analysis/ETL.

• Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio

• Experience with at least one: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse.

• Strong stakeholder management; excellent written and verbal communication.

• Bonus: dbt, Airflow, A/B testing, marketing analytics, finance analytics.

• Executive KPI dashboard consolidating Finance, Sales, and CS metrics.

• Self serve marketing attribution model; automated weekly insight pack.

• Data quality framework + monitoring for key pipelines.
