As a skilled professional in the field of analytics and consulting, your main responsibilities will involve leading and implementing advanced analytical processes. This includes data/text mining, model development, and prediction to facilitate informed business decisions. You will utilize your analytical expertise to examine structured and unstructured data from various sources, providing valuable insights and recommending high-quality solutions to leadership at all levels. Your role will also entail planning initiatives from concept to execution with minimal supervision and effectively communicating results to diverse audiences. Furthermore, you will be tasked with developing a comprehensive understanding of Customer Experience touchpoints through internal and external sources. This knowledge will enable you to creatively address business challenges and guide your team from project conceptualization to execution. Your decision-making process will be driven by data, statistical and quantitative analysis, modeling, and fact-based management. Additionally, you will offer expert consultative advice to senior leadership, share best practices, and promote knowledge sharing across teams. Your role may also involve providing consultation and supporting communities of practice excellence across different teams and organizations. In your position, you will lead cross-functional projects and programs, presenting your findings to management formally. You will work on multiple complex assignments simultaneously and provide regular consultation to senior leadership. Your role will require curiosity, inquisitiveness, and the ability to reason effectively while asking relevant questions. You will be responsible for identifying available data sources, collaborating with subject matter experts, and exploring data sets to gather, synthesize, and analyze relevant information. By refining hypotheses, discovering new relationships, insights, and analytic paths from the data, you will play a crucial role in driving data analytics within the enterprise. Your expertise in statistical analysis will enable you to solve technical problems, validate findings, and identify appropriate algorithms to uncover patterns and trends in data. Your role will also involve presenting strategic recommendations to senior executives, utilizing strong storytelling capabilities to derive insights from data. By helping stakeholders understand the data behind their results, you will secure stakeholder buy-in and provide dependable execution on various projects. Furthermore, you will lead the discovery process with stakeholders to identify business requirements, present business scenarios effectively, and communicate findings in easily understandable terms. To excel in this role, you should possess relevant experience in analytics, consulting, informatics, and statistics. Key skills required include data and business analytics, advanced statistics and predictive modeling, stakeholder management, and project management. Experience in pricing and revenue management, customer segmentation analytics, and exposure to predictive analytics, ML/AI techniques are advantageous. An educational background in MBA/Masters in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline from reputable institutes is preferred. Proficiency in tools such as Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, SAS, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau/Power BI/Spotfire is essential. Additionally, knowledge of cloud computing, big data, and Azure is beneficial for this role.,
