Lead - Corporate Strategy

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans that align with the companys long-term objectives. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Market Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed market research to identify potential markets, customer segments, and product opportunities. Provide actionable insights to guide strategic decisions and business development initiatives.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures. Lead negotiations with potential partners and ensure the successful integration of new business initiatives.Product Development & Innovation: Collaborate with the product team to identify and develop new financial products tailored to the needs of target markets, particularly within the retail, SME, and microfinance segments.Partnerships & Alliances: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, fintech companies, regulatory bodies, and industry influencers. Leverage these relationships to expand the companys market presence.Financial Modelling & Analysis: Develop financial models to assess the viability and profitability of new business opportunities. Provide recommendations based on detailed financial analysis and forecasts.Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic projects. Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of business development initiatives. Regularly review and adjust strategies based on performance data.Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present strategic reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management. Clearly communicate complex ideas and strategic plans to stakeholders at all levels.
