We're looking for a talented Lead Content Writer/Content Wizard to join our team and help us create content that doesn't make people want to claw their eyes out. Y'know, the good stuff that actually gets read . But first, about us (because we're kinda awesome) At Springzo, we're on a mission to help brands tell their stories without resorting to corporate jargon that makes everyone's brain shut down . We're headquartered in Mumbai, but we're flexible with where our team works from - many of us work remotely from different locations. We're a small-but-mighty team of 15 who proudly say we are jacks of all trades but masters of content marketing (read as: we know our sht). No chasing payments, no excuses. The Gist (for those who hate scrolling) Full-Time Role: This is a permanent, full-time position. Remote-Friendly: Work from anywhere - we're fully equipped for remote collaboration. Three Core Functions: This role combines long-form writing (blogs, articles), short-form writing (social media, ads, emails), and editing content written by others. We need someone who can write non-beginner, sharp, witty, advanced-level content across pretty much every format imaginable. Think emails that people actually open, landing page copy that converts, social media posts that don't sound like they were written by a corporate robot, blog articles that people bookmark, and newsletters that subscribers actually look forward to. You should be able to take complex topics in SaaS, Finance, Banking, Martech, Marketing Automation, Customer Experience, Edtech, Sales, Process Automation, and Digital Marketing and turn them into content that doesn't put people to sleep. Bonus points if you can make them chuckle or, dare we say it, actually enjoy reading about B2B tech. What you'll ACTUALLY be doing Write & Edit Like a Boss: Create innovative, engaging long-form content (blogs, articles, whitepapers), craft compelling short-form copy (emails, social media, ads), AND polish content written by others to make it shine. Master Multiple Content Types: Balance between being a blog writer, copywriter, and content editor - sometimes all in the same day. Become a Product Expert: Develop a deep understanding of our clients' brands, industries, and target audiences so you can write content that actually resonates. Get Creative (Like, Actually Creative): Find ways to blend pop-culture references and current affairs with business-centric content. If you can write something that makes our clients say "I wish I'd written that," you're doing it right. Collaborate... like a friend: Work with our design team to bring your ideas to life without the creative territory wars that plague other agencies. Stay Curious: Research industry trends and cultural shifts to keep our content fresh and relevant (aka, don't be the person still making Gangnam Style references). Self-Edit Like You Mean It: Proofread your work with obsessive attention to detail. We appreciate mistakes – as long as they aren't repeated more than twice (Once? Okay… Twice? Okay... Thrice? No way, Jose!). You're probably our person if: You have outstanding content writing and grammar skills. Like, you probably silently judge restaurant menus with typos. You understand best practices across various content formats and know when to follow them (and when to break them for effect). You're skilled at deploying storytelling, wit, and humor to write engaging content (this one's super, super critical). You have strong research skills and your attention to detail borders on obsessive. You can blend pop-culture references and current affairs with business-centric content in a way that doesn't make everyone cringe. You have opinions on market trends and continually add value beyond just writing what you're told. You have 1-5 years of relevant experience in content creation, copywriting, or similar roles. You don't take yourself too seriously but take your work very seriously. What do we offer?
