Job Description

As a Lead Content Strategy Analyst at Mastercard, you will play a crucial role in the Content Strategy and Development (CS&D) team. Your main objective will be to optimize the impact of content by ensuring it reaches the appropriate audience, in the correct format, and at the right time. By collaborating closely with business partners, you will gain valuable insights into customer requirements and effectively convey timely, high-quality information across multiple media platforms and languages. - Create and distribute technical content and publications related to Mastercard's products and services. - Manage the entire content publishing process for online, mobile, and print formats. - Research, evaluate, and implement new processes and technologies to enhance content delivery methods. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Business/Product Owners to develop original content and update existing technical materials. - Oversee multiple projects within the technical writing function, ensuring adherence to CS&D writing standards. - Manage the day-to-day delivery of online content through various channels. - Utilize expertise in tools like XML or markdown for content creation and editing. - Publish technical content across different platforms and output types, including PDF, HTML, Wikis, and online help files. - Analyze requirements, contribute to process improvement solutions, provide training to new hires, and mentor peers. - Participate in daily project intake assessments and contribute to enhancing documentation processes within the team. To excel in this role, you should have experience with Project Management and Agile methodologies, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong technological acumen. Your ability to recommend new tools, adapt to changing environments, and identify opportunities for process and strategy enhancements will be crucial. Proficiency in content management systems, authoring tools, API, DITA/XML, and information architecture will be highly beneficial for this position. You will dedicate 8 hours a week as an Information Architect supporting various tasks such as troubleshooting, bug reporting, and maintenance of content management systems. Your responsibilities will involve liaising with writers, advocating for business needs, and staying updated on technology trends and processes. As part of the Mastercard team, you are expected to prioritize information security, adhere to security policies, maintain the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, and promptly report any security violations. Your commitment to ongoing security training and compliance with Mastercard's guidelines is essential to safeguarding the organization's assets and networks.,
