We are currently seeking applications for the position of Lead Consultant - Oracle SCM Functional. In this role, you will oversee project management activities for an SCM project, requiring expertise in WMS and Finance modules. Your responsibilities will also include managing integrations and coordinating with multiple teams. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with customers to understand their strategies, challenges, and goals - Demonstrate strong executive presence and superior communication skills for pre-sales and project execution in complex environments - Utilize facilitation, negotiation, influencing, and consensus-building skills to lead diverse teams - Design solutions for specific industries such as Financial, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and Insurance - Manage and coordinate the project from end to end, ensuring successful completion - Coordinate with external providers and understand Workday integration execution/launch parameters - Develop Workday integrations and leverage project management experience for ERP projects Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications / Skills: - BE/MBA/M.Tech degree - Extensive experience in managing Implementation Projects in Financials and Procurement - ERP Project management experience for full SDLC lifecycle Preferred Qualifications / Skills: - Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders for ERP projects - Proficiency in INV, OM, PO, Financials, and Procurement modules - Good understanding of business processes - Experience in ERP Implementations, Support, Enhancements, and Upgrade projects - Familiarity with the ERP Implementation lifecycle This position is based in Hyderabad, India, and is a full-time role.
