Lead

The FP&A manager will play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of our organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Experienced in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis with large data sets
• Managing and tracking actuals costs with respect to budgets including assessing key drivers for upward/downward movements
• Strong reporting experience; story telling / story boarding experience based on said financial analysis
• Prior experience working in Hyperion Planning system
• Nice to have - Power Query, Advanced Excel, GenAI experience in business/finance setting

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
