Role Overview: At OpenText, you will be part of a Managed Services team responsible for providing Application Management and Maintenance for OpenText customers worldwide. Your role will involve troubleshooting incidents, designing fixes for problems, and assisting in the development of customizations. You will work on performance tuning, deployments, upgrades, and applying product patches in various environments. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and find resolutions/workarounds for incidents - Design, develop, and test fixes for problems related to customizations - Research and fix configuration problems at the Application Level, with knowledge of OS and Network - Assist project team in customization development - Work on performance tuning and maintenance tasks - Install, configure, maintain, and monitor OpenText products/solutions in different environments - Work in shifts: Morning, Regular, Afternoon, and Night on a rotation basis Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience supporting OpenText Captiva (Intelligent Capture) and development of customizations - Exposure to remote administration services or cloud operations environment - Clear understanding of Captiva architecture, administration, customizations, capture flow development, and various modules - Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of code fixes and packaging releases - Experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems - Knowledge of Directory Services (Open-LDAP, Active Directory) and Database (MSSQL, Oracle) - Proficient in techniques for performance tuning and RDBMS query performance - Ability to lead and guide the team on technical tasks and project activities - Excellent communication, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills Additional Company Details (if available): OpenText promotes a proactive approach to fostering collaboration, innovation, and personal growth, enriching the vibrant workplace culture.
