Your role will involve providing AMS support for existing SAP EWM landscapes, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and resolving issues efficiently. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and transform them into system solutions will be a key aspect of your job. You will configure and customize SAP EWM modules, integrate them with other SAP modules, and manage system performance, troubleshooting errors, and handling change requests. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee SAP EWM implementation projects from blueprinting to go-live support - Provide AMS support for existing SAP EWM landscapes and ensure compliance with SLAs - Resolve issues efficiently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements - Configure and customize SAP EWM modules, integrate with other SAP modules, and manage system performance - Troubleshoot errors, handle change requests, and ensure efficient resolution **Qualifications Required:** - Strong background in SAP EWM configuration and support - Proven track record in at least two full-cycle SAP EWM implementations - Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics execution, RF solutions, queue management, and IDoc troubleshooting - Familiarity with BRF+, BADI, user exits, and enhancement frameworks - Experience in AMS delivery models and integration with SAP TM, ECC, and S4HANA environments - Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills If you are looking for a challenging opportunity to leverage your SAP EWM expertise and contribute to the success of global businesses, this role at Birlasoft in Pune could be the perfect fit for you.,
