Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing Cloud Specialist/Developer, your primary responsibility will be to leverage your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive effective marketing campaigns. You will be tasked with utilizing various tools within Marketing Cloud such as Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and AMPScript to create personalized and dynamic email content. Your proficiency in SQL for audience segmentation and HTML will be essential for optimizing campaign performance. Additionally, your experience with SMS platform configuration will be valuable in expanding our multichannel marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Hold certifications as a Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Developer - Utilize SQL for audience segmentation - Utilize Journey Builder and Automation Studio for campaign execution - Create and optimize email content using HTML and AMPScript - Have a basic understanding of Javascript - Configure SMS platforms for integrated marketing campaigns - Hold a certification as a Salesforce Administrator for comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce environment - Create and analyze Salesforce Reports and Dashboards - Work with tools like Workbench and Data Loader for data management - Have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce administration Qualifications Required: - Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Developer - Proficient in SQL for audience segmentation - Proficient in Journey Builder and Automation Studio - Proficient in HTML and AMPScript for email content - Basic understanding of Javascript - Experience with SMS platform configuration - Certified Salesforce Administrator - Proficient in Salesforce Reports and Dashboards - Familiarity with tools like Workbench and Data Loader Company Details: NTT DATA Business Solutions is a rapidly growing international IT company and a premier SAP partner globally.
