Lead CMDB Analyst / CMDB Architect

The Configuration Management role at Allegion involves overseeing and ensuring compliance with Configuration Management policies and procedures. This position offers the opportunity to contribute your knowledge, creativity, and ideas towards developing and guiding the organization to establish a mature configuration management process. Reporting to the Global IT Manager - Asset & Configuration Manager, this role is based in Bangalore, India, following a Hybrid Work Model. Responsibilities include managing CMS Process, Data Analysis, Process Improvement, Audit and Compliance, Trainings, Data Standardization, Discovery, Integrations, Relationship management, CSDM deployment, Access Guardrails, Reporting, and executing tasks as assigned by the process owner. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 processes and experience with ITAM tools like ServiceNow, BMC, Flexera, Snow, SLM, SCCM, and Intune. Knowledge of ServiceNow, especially MID server configuration and data source integrations, is preferred. Additionally, expertise in CMDB life cycle management within the ServiceNow environment with at least 8-10 years of experience in SACM & CSDM is desired. Professional attributes such as being Process Oriented, having a good understanding of CSDM and Service Mapping concepts, and possessing skills in Stakeholder Management, Communication, Analytics, Presentation, and ability to work under pressure are essential for success in this role. Exposure to working with global teams in a global setup is also beneficial.,
