Company: TITAN Watches Role: Lead Champion Job Requirements Call the customer (lead) within 24 hrs of assigning on sales force (SF) In case the call is unanswered, the repeat call should be made in alternative days on sales force (SF) In case the call is answered, based on the conversation with the customer, the agent should change the status of the lead on Sales Force (SF) The agent must update the summary of the call on Salesforce as soon as the call is completed The agent must call the lead if the repeat call is also not answered on alternative day on Salesforce. The agent must follow the script given to them. In case want to visit the store, the agent must assist the customer with store details and send email to the store on SF. Agent must post hourly call report on WhatsApp group. Agent must have productivity of at least 6 hrs in a day. Agent should be proficient on laptop, good hold on Microsoft excel. Agent must possess very good verbal communication skill - English, Hindi & any one regional language since we get the leads across the country. The agent must follow up with the store on the status of the leads passed on them. The agent must post hourly sales report on WhatsApp group. Agent must ensure to maintain call audit score of 85+ Work Experience 1 to 3 years in the relevant industry (BFSI, insurance, Real Estate) in sales proficient in verbal communication: English, Hindi & any one regional language Good hold on excel & working on the laptop 6 days a week 4 days work from office Weekly off: Any one day between Monday to Wednesday will be fixed WFH: Saturday & Sunday Working time: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
