Lead Buying for Kidswear Brand

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the End-to-End Ownership of Buying for the Kidswear category, from range curation to in-season management. Your key focus will be on Channel Allocation Management to ensure the correct flow of styles across EBOs, SIS, and distributor orders. Additionally, you will be involved in Seasonal Range Planning by building collections backed by trend research, past performance, competitive benchmarking, and price strategy. Your role will also require Cross-functional Collaboration with Design, Planning, and Marketing/Retail Ops teams, as well as Analytics & Insights to track category performance and make data-driven recommendations. Lastly, you will be responsible for MCC Sheet Management to maintain and update buy plans and assortment architecture for all categories.
