Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and market share targets for precast products.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and government agencies.
  • Lead initiatives to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base for precast solutions.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align offerings with market demands and customer feedback.
  • Drive negotiations and close high-value contracts, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the business development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Represent Buildcast Solution Pvt Ltd at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure the success of business development initiatives and report progress to the CEO.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven track record of 15+ years in strategic sales, business development, and market penetration within the construction or precast industry.
  • Expertise in market research and analysis, with a focus on precast products and solutions.

Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing high-value contracts

Educational Background

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Marketing or Strategy is preferred.
