Lead Business Analyst - Data

As a Lead Business Analyst - Data at TriNet, you will be responsible for conducting Voice of the Customer (VOC) analyses using analytical and data visualization tools to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience. You will work with tools such as Qualtrics, Tableau, and SAS to analyze customer behavioral data and feedback from various sources. Your main responsibilities will include: - Delivering real-time, actionable customer insights to internal stakeholders by leveraging available tools and resources. - Integrating qualitative and quantitative customer feedback with behavioral data to address specific business questions. - Supporting the Net Promoter System program, including NPS measurement, analysis of drivers, and managing the Closed Loop process. - Continuously improving research and analysis methodologies, processes, and deliverables to enhance team efficiency. Key Qualifications for this role include: - Exposure to complex, cross-functional projects in project or program management capacity. - Ability to present data visually to convey a clear message. - Experience in translating complex findings into layman's terms. - Knowledge of unstructured data analysis, including text analytics. - Proficiency in Tableau, SAS, and other data analysis tools. - Familiarity with various statistical methods. - Strong analytical skills and business acumen. - Excellent communication skills to engage and influence employees at all levels. - Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with multiple priorities. - Commitment to high ethical standards and diversity in the workplace.
