Lead Business Analyst - Data

As a Lead Business Analyst - Data at TriNet, you will be responsible for conducting Voice of the Customer (VOC) analyses to uncover opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Leveraging tools such as Qualtrics, Tableau, and SAS, you will analyze customer behavioral data and feedback from various sources. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering real-time, actionable customer insights to internal stakeholders. - Integrating qualitative and quantitative customer feedback with behavioral data to address specific business questions. - Supporting the Net Promoter System program, including NPS measurement, analysis of drivers, and managing the Closed Loop process. - Continuously improving research and analysis methodologies, processes, and deliverables. Your essential duties and responsibilities will involve: - Exposure to complex, cross-functional projects in project or program management. - Presenting data visually to convey a clear story. - Translating complex findings into layman's terms. - Analyzing unstructured data, including text analytics. - Utilizing data and analysis tools such as Tableau and SAS. - Applying various statistical methods. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong analytical skills and business acumen. - Effective communication, trust-building, and influencing employees at all levels. - Adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and managing multiple priorities. - Demonstrating a commitment to high ethical standards and diversity in the workplace. - Performing other assigned duties and complying with all policies and standards.
