Lead Business Analyst/ Associate Consultant- Product Owner - Credit Collection / LOS

As a Business Analyst at CGI in the Crest Collection/LOS Domain, your role involves driving the product vision and roadmap for digital initiatives in the banking and finance space. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with customer and stakeholder needs. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Define and own the product roadmap for features related to Loan Origination and Debt Collection processes - Gather and prioritize business and functional requirements through stakeholder collaboration and market analysis - Translate business needs into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure intuitive and user-centric product experiences - Oversee end-to-end functional testing, ensuring coverage of edge cases and regulatory requirements - Manage and groom the product backlog, ensuring stories are ready for development and aligned with sprint goals - Work closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues throughout the delivery lifecycle - Facilitate UAT, ensure user readiness, and support training documentation and knowledge transfer - Continuously monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for product enhancements **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with minimum 2 years of relevant experience - Strong domain knowledge in Banking and Finance, particularly in Loan Origination and Debt Collection - Experience defining and owning product roadmaps and backlogs - Strong understanding of UI/UX Design principles and ability to collaborate with design teams - Hands-on involvement in functional testing, test planning, and validation - Ability to create and interpret process and data flow diagrams - Proficient in tools such as Visio, JIRA, and Confluence - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills CGI is committed to providing equal opportunities and accommodation for people with disabilities.
