Your Team's Impact

The role primarily focuses on managing the Benefits policies and programs which includes vendor management, compliance, designing benefit packages, framing policies, market intelligence, end-end administration of enrollment, endorsements, maintaining internal and external benefits database.

What You'll Do

• 15% Designing Benefit Programs and plans:
  

Recommend benefits programs to management by studying employee requirements and trends and developments in benefits offered by other organizations. Supports management's decision making by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs. Competitive benefits offerings to the employees

• 30% Operations:
  
  
  

Comply with federal, State, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; obtaining qualified opinions; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. V alidating invoices and endorsements, Employee database management of beneficiaries, Partner with Insurance vendors and TPA's to prepare reports. Administration of Group Health insurance, Group personal accident and Disability insurance, Group life insurance. Employee Benefits data management, Vendor Management, compliance and timely payments.

Validate and review SOP's, FAQ's & BCP's for benefits processes and update Intranet pages,
