Job Description

Your role at the company involves generating technical drawings using AutoCAD software for various aspects of oil and gas projects. Your responsibilities include: - Creating precise P&IDs, PFDs, Isometric Piping Drawings, Equipment Layout and GA Drawings, Civil and Structural Drawings, Detailed Piping Drawings, and As-Built Drawings. - Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand design specifications and ensure accuracy across disciplines. - Ensuring adherence to industry standards, codes, and regulations, including ASME B31.3 and B31.4 requirements. - Incorporating safety features to prevent hazards in hazardous environments. - Maintaining organized records, implementing version control, and conducting quality checks on drawings. In terms of qualifications and experience, you should have: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Engineering, or related field. - 8-12 years of experience as an AutoCAD drafter, preferably in the oil and gas industry. - Professional certification in Computer-Aided Design is advantageous. Additionally, desirable skills include experience with software like CADWorx, SmartPlant, AutoPLANT, and PDMS, knowledge of BIM concepts and tools like Revit and Navisworks, familiarity with DMS such as ProjectWise and ACONEX, understanding of building codes in the region, and awareness of safety protocols in oil and gas operations.,
