Track and report incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and enforce preventive measures to avoid recurrences. Ensure adherence to local laws, environmental regulations, and internal safety standards. Maintain safety logs, inspection reports, compliance records, and training documentation. Drive safety excellence by benchmarking against best practices, suggesting enhancements, and supporting digital safety systems similar to initiatives seen in Hosur's industrial roles. Liaise with production, maintenance, HR, and other departments to ensure a cohesive safety strategy across operations. Skills Required Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 45001). Experience in conducting safety audits, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations. Ability to deliver effective safety training and foster a safety-conscious culture. Strong skills in incident tracking, reporting, and root-cause analysis. Requirement: Prepare and submit product material safety data sheet (MSDS/SDS) in compliance with US, EU or other country-specific regulations, within the required timelines, in multiple languages. Analyze the hazards and properties of components to determine the appropriate SDS classification in accordance with global regulatory standards. Determine appropriate hazard assessments and SDS phrases based on the assessment. The SDS shall be revised based on inputs/feedback provided. Need to establish a structured process for preparing the SDS and clearly define the steps required to process each section for SDS authoring. Mentor junior authors in the manual creation of MSDS and provide support in using various system or tools for the process. Review completed SDSs.
