In the role you will perform at R1, you will be required to work closely with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic, rapidly expanding environment with strict deadlines. Your responsibilities will include analyzing healthcare data on proprietary tools, taking on new initiatives independently, collaborating with various stakeholders, and contributing as a strong team player. You will also be responsible for creating and defining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Turnaround Times (TATs) for current and upcoming projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze healthcare data using proprietary tools - Take up new initiatives independently and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - Create and define Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Turnaround Times (TATs) for projects - Communicate effectively with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines **Qualifications Required:** - Graduate in any discipline from a recognized educational institute with a good academic track record - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Advanced Analytical Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) - Proficiency in SSIS (ETL) with strong SQL & PL SQL skills - Experience in connecting to data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business Intelligence - Strong expertise in DAX & Visuals in Power BI with end-to-end project experience - Solid mathematical skills for data collection, measurement, organization, and analysis - Ability to interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports using advanced analytical tools and techniques - Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets - Effective communication with technical and business resources at various levels - Adaptability to new business cultures and work methodologies - Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision In our dynamic healthcare environment, we leverage collective expertise to deliver innovative solutions.
