Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage financial controllership activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate financial policies.
2. Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
3. Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data to stakeholders.
4. Handle statutory audit deliverables and liaise with external auditors.
5. Evaluate and implement financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.

Requirements

1. Education

   : Bachelor's or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. A professional qualification such as CA/CPA/CFA will be an added advantage.

2. Experience

   : Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in finance controllership or accounting.
3. Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS or GAAP), and compliance.
