Lead associate - Buying & Merchandising (Watches)

You will be responsible for managing the business portfolio for Watch Private Labels, involving various aspects such as business analytics, financial planning, range planning, sourcing, and team management. Your role will include optimizing sales, revenue, margins, and growth of categories. Additionally, you will be involved in product-brand mapping, range planning, trend forecasts, and financial analysis to maximize profitability. Your responsibilities will also extend to effective inventory management, vendor management, and building a network of vendors for the category. You will work on inventory flow planning, vendor-product mapping, and developing a vendor base for the category. To qualify for this role, you should have 4-7 years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably with experience in the Watches Category. You should be familiar with category management, market dynamics, and possess sound business judgment. Strong negotiation skills, the ability to build sustainable networking relationships, and proficiency in data analysis are essential for this position.,
