Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to provide effective technical support to the process and actively resolve client issues directly or through timely escalation to meet process SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of real estate finance operations, including quarterly reporting, financial systems/applications, and source data analysis.
  • Oversees daily task allocation, prioritization, and conducts comprehensive reviews of financial documents and compliance certificates to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Facilitates deal closures and documentation, manages fund credit lines, and ensures borrowing base compliance and covenant adherence.
  • Coordinates effectively with finance, deal, and legal teams to review capital call memos and manage fund level credit facilities adjustments.
  • Ensures timely and accurate tracking, reporting of activities, and assists in preparing data requests from management.
  • Maintains a robust focus on compliance, risk management, and oversees the testing of deal limitations.
  • Drives process documentation, SOP recertification, identifies process gaps, and initiates improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provides comprehensive training and support for team members, resolving queries and fostering a knowledgeable and efficient team.
  • Assists the NY team with ad-hoc projects and activities, ensuring a collaborative and responsive approach to cross-regional support.

  • Desired Candidate Profile:

    • MBA/Post Graduate with good knowledge in Accounting, Finance and Operations.
    • Candidates must have 6-7 years of relevant experience in financial/compliance reporting or finance operations management.
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)
    • Corporation. would also possess exposure to or knowledge of:
    • Private Equity
    • Accounting
    • Middle/Back Office Operations
    • The profile involves effective communication across Clients facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must.
    • Attention to detail and control minded.
    • Has a growth mindset and seeks continual improvements.
    • Quick learner, able to prioritize and multitask where required.
    • Should have ability to work in a fast paced/demanding environment and possess strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, multitask and deliver under tight deadlines.
    • Eager to learn, takes initiative and must operate with the highest level of integrity.
  • Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
    • Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
    • Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
    • Partner with team leaders to brainstorm and identify training themes and learning issues to better serve the client
    • Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks
