Your future duties and responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

• Architect, design, and implement end-to-end solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.

• Develop and maintain real-time data processing systems leveraging Apache Kafka.

• Design and optimize caching strategies with Redis to enhance application performance.

• Manage and query MongoDB databases efficiently for scalable, document-based storage.

• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using Angular and HTML5.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, and Design) to deliver high-quality software.

• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, testing, and CI/CD processes.

• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and technical assessments.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.

• Strong expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot microservices architecture.

• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven applications.

• Proficiency with Redis for caching and session
