Lead Analyst -Java Full stack development

Role & responsibilities Job Title: Tech Lead Java Full Stack Developer Experience: 7 to 12 years Location: Bangalore /Hyderabad/Chennai/Pune /Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead with a strong foundation in Core Java , Spring Boot Microservices , and Angular to lead a team of developers in designing and delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, eager to mentor team members, and capable of bridging back-end and front-end development seamlessly. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end development of scalable web applications using Java and Angular. Design and implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot . Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements. Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to the development team. Ensure best practices in software development, including CI/CD, testing, and performance optimization. Own the technical delivery from requirements through deployment and support. Actively participate in architectural discussions and contribute to system design decisions. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team. Technical Skills Required: Back-End: Strong knowledge of Core Java (Java 8+) Extensive experience with Spring Boot , Spring MVC , Spring Data JPA Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices Experience with OAuth2 , JWT , and secure API development Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Front-End: Proficiency in Angular , TypeScript , HTML5 , CSS3 Good understanding of component-driven UI development and state management DevOps & Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) Version control using Git Experience with Docker , Kubernetes , or containerized environments is a plus Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is desirable
