Role Description

This is a full-time Onsite role for a Lead AI ML Developer. We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Team Lead to lead our team of machine learning and computer vision engineers for video analytics project.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models, and a proven track record of leading teams to deliver successful AI/ML projects for video analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of machine learning and computer vision engineers to deliver high-quality AI/ML solutions for video analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, and timelines.
• Ensure that all AI/ML solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices
• Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research and technologies and evaluate their potential impact on our business.
• Manage team performance, provide mentorship and career development opportunities, and foster a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models
• 3+ years of experience in leading a team of machine learning engineers.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and another relevant programming language.
•  Experience with machine learning libraries and SDK such as OpenCV, OpenVino,
• TensorRT, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NVIDIA Deepstream SDK, etc.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
• collaboratively with cross-functional teams
