Role & responsibilities

Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes and remove productivity roadblocks as they emerge
Ensure processes and procedures comply with relevant policies and regulations for all admin deliveries like canteen,trasport, security and surveillance, house keeping, visitor management ,employee welfare, CSR, Employee engagement and other plant activities etc Streamline business operations to keep costs within established budgets via strong data monitoring and record keeping Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints Robust relationship management with local and government agencies Develop CSR road map and execute the same Ensure all feedbacks for improvement are taken in consideration and provide timely solutions of daily issues -Time bound resolution of issue pertaining to facilities Develop fair and transparent policies for administrations Set effective performance mechanism for all vendors and SLAs Management of welfare items and distribution within in time Proper planning and execution employee engagement initiative of factory and support other HR initiatives Reception and courier management Hotel and guest house arrangements

Preferred candidate profile

This position is responsible is for factory administration and smooth functioning of all critical facilities like canteen, transport , security and Housekeeping. This position will co-ordinate with multiple agencies to ensure proper implementation of process. Also, position will have cross functional interface with internal and external stake holders and will paly vital roll to ensure smooth plant operations. Position will also have major roll in controlling overall cost and admin budget

Proven experience in administration with 10 + years of experience with manufacturing industries preferred with master degree in admin, HR, or equivalent bachelor degree with relevant experience
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles and local community knowledge and understanding of long term effect of admin on businessStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities with multitasking, and time management skills
