Job Description

Responsibilities

Generate business leads for sale of BESS in India
Understanding of the various tenders and market trends in BESS
Understand the voice of clients; work with internal stakeholders specially with technical, commercial, operation & maintenance and legal teams; and make the BESS customer specific offerings
Work closely with regional sales heads for client specific needs
Prepare commercial offer (scope, key terms and conditions including warranties and testing) for BESS
Prepare & negotiate term sheet, definitive agreements for supply, commission services and operation and maintenance
Analyze market trends and provide feedback for technology, pricing, warranty terms, financial products, product development, new lines of business, etc.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Engineering
Minimum 10 plus years, of sales and BD experience with at least 2 years in BESS sector
Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, adaptability to market changes
Through knowledge of BESS tenders and converting the requirements into actionable
Expertise in negotiation and successful deal execution
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English with the ability to connect with customers & co-workers at all management levels
Adept at making effective power point presentations for management approvals
Knowing BESS contract structure
Open to travel across India
Self-motivated professional with competence and desire to excel in teamwork
