Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead - Academic Operations, based in Udyog Vihar. The Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily academic operations, ensuring the smooth execution of academic programs, coordinating with faculty and administrative staff, and maintaining high standards of academic delivery. The role includes managing schedules, implementing academic policies, resolving student issues, and facilitating faculty meetings. The Lead will also ensure that all academic programs comply with regulatory standards and enhance the educational experience for students.

• Experience in managing academic operations and coordination
• Capability to work closely with both faculty and administrative staff
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of educational policies and regulatory compliance
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle student-related issues
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a tech or business school is a plus
