Job Description

As an individual contributor in this role, your responsibilities will include: - Assessing the needs of stakeholders and establishing learning goals, desired outcomes, and indicators of success - Identifying appropriate learning solutions using tools such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and sampling techniques - Designing and developing high-quality learning solutions suitable for the learner profile - Creating assessments and evaluating the impact of training programs - Providing estimations and meeting the effort required to complete a project - Handling reporting and documentation related to any type of training, whether internal or external - Occasionally providing training to support staff and operation, if needed - Supporting Educational Programs and coordinating related activities when necessary - Being open to working in a 24X7 environment from the office Skills required for this role include: - Leadership - Emotional intelligence and professional maturity - Effective communication skills - Adaptability to change - Creativity and innovation - Excellent interpersonal relationships - Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Strong sense of urgency and commitment - Proven proactivity - Vendor Management - Using effective learning measurement for learning programs To be considered for this position, you should have: - A minimum of 12-14 years of overall work experience - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Behavioural/ Soft skills Trainer - Willingness to work from the office during evening shifts - Willingness to travel between Gurugram and Noida locations - Experience in delivering Soft Skills Training & Leadership Development up to Middle Management level - Experience in conducting Training Need Analysis/ Training Need Identification - Data management skills - Graduation in any discipline Desirable qualifications include: - Content development experience with international BPOs - Experience in Operations/Customer Experience/Service Delivery - Experience in training delivery Mandatory knowledge required for this role includes: - Oral and written comprehension - Appropriate use of language - Advanced proficiency in GSuite/MS Office - Needs analysis and impact assessment - Strong oral and written English language proficiency - Opportunity assessment - Stakeholder management,
