Job Description

As the Learning and Development lead with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to deliver Professional development courses and training programs for all employees while providing administrative support for learning and development initiatives. Your role will require excellent interpersonal skills to establish partnerships and credibility with internal clients. You will collaborate with managers to identify training and skill development needs, educate employees on potential growth paths from career/skills development programs, and motivate them towards professional advancement. Key Responsibilities: - Interface with L&D's internal customers to understand and address their learning requirements effectively. - Recommend appropriate learning solutions based on a thorough understanding of customer needs. - Deliver behavioral training programs to enhance employee skills. - Collaborate closely with counterparts from different locations/entities. - Establish networks and cultivate relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and team members. - Support the L&D Manager in audits, driving L&D initiatives, MIS preparation, and vendor management. - Monitor and ensure the quality of training delivery while building a facilitator pool in the region. - Adapt swiftly to changing priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change. - Engage in organizational change efforts to support overall development. Qualifications: - Any Degree from a reputed institute. Essential Skills: - Strong working knowledge of L&D foundation concepts and processes. - Demonstrated functional knowledge of training needs assessment, delivery, post-training evaluation, and L&D operations. - Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. - Excellent presentation and facilitation skills catering to diverse audiences. - Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to end-to-end ownership of deliverables. Training Delivery: - Conduct soft skills training sessions using various delivery methods like classroom instruction, virtual platforms, workshops, and seminars. - Apply adult learning principles to ensure effective knowledge transfer in an engaging manner. - Customize training content and methods to suit different audience needs across organizational levels and locations. Training Program Development: - Collaborate with L&D team, subject matter experts, and leaders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive soft skills programs. - Design interactive training materials tailored to diverse learning styles. - Employ instructional design principles aligning training with organizational goals. Performance Evaluation: - Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics. - Continuously assess training success, recommending improvements as necessary. - Measure training impact on individual and team performance, identifying areas for further development.
