Job Description

Learning & Development Intern

Location: Hyderabad

Duration: 6 months

Stipend: 10 K Per Month

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Management:

    Assist in the end-to-end logistical coordination of training programs, workshops, and events.
  • Calendar & Invitation Management:

    • Create and send out training invitations, calendar invites, and reminders to participants.
    • Manage participant registrations and confirmations.
  • Coordination with Support Teams:

    • Liaise with IT, facilities, and other internal support teams to ensure seamless delivery of training sessions (e.g., setting up virtual meeting rooms, arranging physical spaces, technical support).
    • Coordinate with external vendors or speakers as needed.
  • Content & Resource Management:

    • Assist in organizing and storing training materials, resources, and recordings in designated platforms.
    • Ensure easy accessibility of learning content for participants.
  • Attendance Tracking & Reporting:

    • Accurately record and manage attendance for all training sessions.
    • Generate attendance reports and provide insights to the L&D team.
  • Communication Support:

    Draft and send pre- and post-training communications to participants.
  • Administrative Support:

    Provide general administrative support to the L&D team as required.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Learning & Development, HR, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    Ability to identify and address logistical challenges efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy:

    Comfortable with various online tools and platforms (e.g., video conferencing tools like Zoom/Google Meet, learning management systems).
  • Interpersonal Skills:

    Ability to interact professionally and effectively with colleagues, trainers, and participants.
