LCMS Analyst

Role Overview: As an LCMS Analyst, you will be part of our laboratory team, where your primary responsibility will be to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot LCMS instruments. Your expertise in analytical chemistry will be crucial in conducting advanced testing and ensuring compliance with ISO 17025:2017 standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in method development, validation, and maintaining accurate laboratory documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Independently operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot LCMS instruments. - Perform routine preventive maintenance following standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Monitor system performance, control charts, and maintain updated instrument records. - Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of complex samples using LCMS. - Prepare standards, reagents, and sample solutions accurately as per validated methods. - Develop, validate, and verify new LCMS methods for analysis. - Maintain documentation such as SOPs, calibration logs, and validation records as per ISO 17025:2017 standards. - Participate in internal and external audits, addressing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). - Actively engage in Quality Control activities like Proficiency Testing and Internal Quality Control. - Review QC data, identify deviations, and implement corrective measures. Qualification Required: - 15 years of experience in LCMS operation and maintenance. - Strong understanding of analytical chemistry principles and mass spectrometry applications. - Proficiency in method validation, data interpretation, and regulatory compliance. - Familiarity with ISO 17025:2017 standards, audit processes, and quality systems. - Knowledge of statistical analysis, chromatographic techniques, and control charts. - Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Proficiency in laboratory software (LCMS data systems) and Microsoft Office.,
